Emanuel Engineering, Inc. provided the structural engineering and design services required to renovate the Toyota of Portsmouth new showroom. The building was originally the New Hampshire Vocational Institute built in 1965. The building had to retrofitted with structural steel brace frames in order to meet present day seismic and wind loads. The brace frames also accommodated the installation of glass windows across the entire front of the building. An oval shaped sign was erected in front of the building. EEI provided the foundation design and the required bracing attached to the building.
