Civil Engineer
Qualifications
- Up to 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s or MS degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year university, plus appropriate continuing education
- Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) preferred
Responsibilities
- Interface with clients; the development of bid specifications, qualifying, managing, and interfacing with subcontractors
- Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents
- Complete engineering calculations for grading, drainage design, storm-water modeling, erosion and sediment control, and storm-water permitting
- Additional responsibilities may include surveying and construction inspection
- Software ( HydroCAD / Carlson / MS Office)

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering of a MS in structural engineering from an accredited four-year university, plus appropriate continuing education
- Proficient in structural engineering application as well as MS Office
- Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) preferred
Responsibilities
- Interface with clients; the development of bid specifications, qualifying, managing, and interfacing with subcontractors
- Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents
- A successful candidate will have a basic understanding of lateral and gravity load calculations, load combinations, and the ability to track load paths
- Ability to design using steel, concrete, and wood
- Construction inspection
- Software ( Risa suite / Enercalc / MS Office )
