Office Manager (Full-time and Part-time)
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Use organizational skills to manage office and time in fast-paced environment and anticipate needs
- Bookkeeping skills required (Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Payroll)
- The position requires office skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quick Books
- Data entry skills
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of an office via a wide-range of administrative, IT related, financial, and managerial tasks
- Customer Service – Answer in-coming calls as the first point of contact
- Accounting & Payroll – general accounting, process expenses, process payroll, AP, AR
- Human Resources – understanding of applicable state and federal regulations, safety
- Employee benefits – facilitate and track employee eligibility
- Work with other office staff
Civil Engineer
Qualifications
- Up to 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s or MS degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year university, plus appropriate continuing education
- Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) preferred
Responsibilities
- Interface with clients; the development of bid specifications, qualifying, managing, and interfacing with subcontractors
- Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents
- Complete engineering calculations for grading, drainage design, storm-water modeling, erosion and sediment control, and storm-water permitting
- Additional responsibilities may include surveying and construction inspection
- Software ( HydroCAD / Carlson / MS Office)
Civil Engineer
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience
- Bachelor’s or MS degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year university, plus appropriate continuing education
- Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office
- P.E. preferred

- Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents
